This analytical foundation is complemented by a rich literary heritage, influenced by his Goan roots and parents who were both English lecturers. Victor channels these diverse experiences into his writing, crafting down-to-earth narratives and insightful blog posts, with his debut novel, “Dabade Junction,” eagerly anticipated.

Graduated Electronics & Telecom Engineering (Pune University); entered the IT field.
A group of graduates in Vietnam celebrate by throwing caps into the air.

2005

Focused career path on Network Engineering.

2008

Entered a workplace short story competition – “It was a dark and stormy night….”
Need to start the write up with the statement – well, I started and did not stop.

2012

Began sharing insights and stories through blogging at tambakuman.blogspot.in.

2013

Joined Creative Writing workshop at St. Xavier’s College, Fort, Mumbai – 01

2018

Started sending book draft versions to publishers.

2022

#100Days Challenge completed. One blog published every weekend.

2024

Manuscript for the debut novel, “Dabade Junction” sent to a literary agent is selected.

Today

Balancing a demanding tech career with the exciting journey towards publishing “Dabade Junction”, while continuing to blog and engage with the literary world.
